AI field inspections for cement & heavy industry

Spot it.Fix it.Prove it.

Every photo from your plant floor becomes an AI-checked, ISO-mapped finding. The right person approves it, it gets fixed, and a new photo from the same spot proves it's done.

How it works

From a photo to a proven fix, in four steps

The same loop at every plant, for every standard. AI does the first pass, and your people make the call.

Step 1 of 4

Snap it on the round

  • Takes seconds: photo, an optional voice note in Hindi or a local language, done.
  • Geotag and plant area are added automatically.
  • The photo goes straight to the server, and nothing is kept on the phone.

Step 2 of 4

AI finds and rates it

  • Highlights each problem on the photo, numbered.
  • Writes “what could happen” scenarios and rates them Critical, High, Medium or Low.
  • Maps each finding to the clauses it affects. A fatal-potential finding alerts the plant at once.

Step 3 of 4

A person approves it

  • The area in-charge confirms safety and housekeeping findings. Energy and quality go to their specialist.
  • They can edit the scenario, level or clause, or dismiss it with a reason.
  • Unapproved findings escalate after 24 h (1 h if Critical).

Step 4 of 4

Prove it's fixed

  • The fix photo must be taken at the spot, within 30 m.
  • AI compares it with the original: fixed items close, and anything new is flagged.
  • Before, after and every decision go into the ISO evidence pack.

“Take this photo now.” Leaders don't have to wait for the next audit. Ask for a photo of any spot, and it's pinned on every phone at that location. The retake must be taken on the spot (within 30 m), and it closes what's fixed and flags anything new.

Integrated management system

Four management systems, one photo

Each finding is categorised, rated Critical, High, Medium or Low by its worst credible outcome, and sent to the person who owns that system.

ISO 45001

Safety & Occupational health

  • Missing guard on a belt conveyor
  • Working at height on the pre-heater without a harness anchor
  • Silica dust exposure at the packing plant

Rated by: Fatal · Major injury · Minor injury · Serious occupational illness
Approved by: Area in-charge, then Safety Officer

ISO 14001

Environment

  • Fugitive dust at the clinker transfer point
  • Oil spill near a storm-water drain
  • Torn bag-filter fabric visible at the stack

Rated by: Major / Minor environmental harm, with problem type
Approved by: Area in-charge, then Environment Manager

ISO 50001

Energy

  • Compressed-air leak at a header
  • Hot spot on kiln shell refractory
  • Damaged insulation on a hot-gas duct

Rated by: Significant / Minor energy loss, in kWh and ₹ a year
Approved by: Energy Manager

ISO 9001

Quality

  • Torn or wet bags on the packing line
  • Mislabelled grade on a dispatch stack
  • Contamination at a cement silo inlet

Rated by: Major / Minor quality impact
Approved by: QC / QA Head

Housekeeping Spillage, blocked walkways and clinker build-up support all four systems, and are tracked the same way.

One photo, many standards. A finding maps to one or more clauses across all four, so a dusty, leaking bag filter counts once for ISO 14001 and once for ISO 50001, with a single fix.

Data residency · DPDP Act 2023

Your plant data never leaves India. Not even for AI.

On SmartAudit360 Cloud, photos, findings, backups, logs and the AI analysis itself all run on AWS in Mumbai, with Hyderabad for disaster recovery. On the Enterprise plan, it can run on servers you own.

  • Designed for the DPDP Act 2023 and CERT-In6-hour incident reporting, with logs kept in India for 180 days.
  • AI inference stays in IndiaAnalysis runs through an India-only inference profile. No photo is sent abroad.
  • Tamper-evident evidenceOriginals are locked on write, and every edit is added to an audit trail that can't be rewritten.
  • Nothing left on phonesPhotos go straight to the server and are wiped from the device. Faces and number plates are blurred.

Good to know about on-premises

  • You provide the servers, including a GPU server for the AI. We size them with your IT team.
  • Place lookup and push notifications need outbound internet. Without it, areas come from your plant's own geofences, and alerts appear in the app and by email or SMS through your own gateway.
  • Prices, hardware and timelines are scoped per customer on a call.

ISO evidence packs

Audit-ready on the day the auditor arrives

Packs are generated, not compiled. Pick a plant, a standard and a period, and get every finding with its clause, photos and full history.

  1. Clause index: every finding, grouped by the clause it relates to.
  2. Before and after: the original photo, the fix photo, geotags and timestamps.
  3. Who decided what: the approver, the verifier and every edit, in order.
  4. Auditor access: a time-limited, read-only link for your certification body, limited to their plant and standard.

Return on investment

Estimate what it's worth at your plants

Compressed-air and steam leaks alone can pay for it. Change the numbers to match your sites.

Estimate

Energy saved by finding and fixing leaks

₹21.6 lakh a year

kWh a year
2,88,000
CO₂e avoided a year
204 t
How we calculate this

kWh = plants × leaks a month × 12 × kW × hours × share running. ₹ = kWh × tariff. CO₂e = kWh × 0.71 kg (CEA grid emission factor, approximate). Days open after = today × (1 − assumed reduction). These are estimates from your inputs, not results we guarantee.

Start with one plant

Run a pilot. See your own findings.

We set it up at one plant with your areas and people, and review the results with your plant head every week.

  1. Set up in daysPlant areas, geofences, owners and QR posters for contractors and visitors.
  2. Measures agreed up frontFor example: findings per week, days open, SIF-potential closed, ₹ of energy losses found.
  3. Weekly reviewWith the plant head and EHS, on real findings from your floor.
  4. Decide with evidenceA pilot report you can take to the board.
